MISSION

The mission of the K-7 committee is to bring state of the art information concerning thermophysical properties of substances to the scientific and engineering communities.  This is done through dissemination of information at various conferences including the Symposium on Thermophysical Properties and the International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition (IMECE).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversight and coordination of the
  Symposium on Thermophysical Properties

• Organization of technical sessions at the
  IMECE and other ASME venues

• Solicitation, review, and recommendation of
  nominations for the Yeram S. Touloukian Award
